I would like to disagree with this to some extend. The purpose of dynamic workschedules is, to be flexible without requiring extra hands to capture loads of substitutions. If we trust our managers to manage their people (otherwise: forget about PT and fux your recruitment problem ;-) , then we can well leave it to them
to make working time arrangements with their teams and to the system to decide based on clock-in times, whether an employee is working day or night shift.
