Hi Hemanth,

Your write optimised dso was allowing lower case letters but standard dso was not allowing.

So for 0MATERIAL you need to set check for Lower case letters.

Go to RSA1, find info object - 0MATERIAL, double click on it, on general tab - Tick - Lower case letters.

or you can maintain small routine to conver lower case letters to upper case. below doc will helpful to you.

Above error will resolve.

One of your material holds value "Coaching" which was lower case letters. that's the issue causing your activation dso step.

You need delete data from SDSO and WDSO. Time being edit record at PSA and reload data to further targets.

One more options: you can use error stack and error dtp conept. will be useful rather deleting data dn whole reloading. by error stack, we can rectify the wrong records here only and we can load thru error dtp to targets.
